KBW Development is the developer of an exciting unique, gated,

KBW Development has brought together the talents

construction management, and financing and real
estate services.


Pleasant Grove Plaza is a small 8,000 square foot strip mall
located at the intersection of Highway 37 and Fairview Road in
Greenwood.  Approximately 53,000 vehicles per day pass
through this intersection.  Subway and State Farm currently
anchor the strip mall and we will subdivide the remaining 4,500
square feet to fit your needs.  A three way liquor license is
available from the county for this location.
